Animations of construction sequences for multiple building structures throughout the site. This sequencing is aligned directly with the project schedule and provides a visual aid to the overall construction process.

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS

VDC support for all systems for site renovations and new construction a new entertainment roller coaster and queue structure. Coordination models were delivered identifying clashes and providing solutions. VDC meetings were managed and recorded on a weekly basis.

US GOVERNMENT

BIM modeling and VDC support for equipment layouts of various US government healthcare facilities. This includes modeling and coordinating equipment locations, clearances, power, gas, ports as well as other support systems that operate state of the art healthcare facilities. Models and drawings were delivered to LOD 400.

BIM modeling and VDC support for electrical systems for Google headquarters. The team cleared multi-system clashes and provided supporting drawings on a weekly basis. Models and drawings were delivered to LOD 500.

BIM modeling support for structures producing cold form steel wall shop drawings. Models and drawings were delivered to LOD 450

ORIENT STRAND BOARD PRODUCTION FACILITIES

BIM modeling support for structures for several campus buildings. These models will supply the owner with as built model assets with future plans of developing an asset management protocol. All models were delivered to LOD 500

CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY

BIM modeling support for structures for several California State University buildings. This includes resident housing, recreation, learning and campus connector buildings. Models and drawings were delivered to LOD 350.

FRESHPET PRODUCTION PLANT

BIM modeling and VDC support for plumbing systems for a Freshpet production plant. Models were coordinated around all other systems while routing piping from exterior tanks to the interior equipment within the facility. Models and drawings were delivered to LOD 400
